Scope
Air-to-water plant, buffer, ground-floor underfloor, first-floor radiators.
Challenge
The fabric was good; the original plant proposal was oversized and noisy toward the neighbour.
Solution
Re-specified the outdoor unit position, dropped design flow to 40 °C and split emitters by floor. Weather compensation commissioned on a cold week, not a mild one.
Result
Even ground-floor heat. Outdoor sound within the agreed night limit — demonstration figures only.
