Challenge
A shared soil stack and a landlord who needed the apartment let the following month.
Solution
Prefabricated the frame off-site. Waterproofing as a documented system. Sanitaryware limited to fittings with replaceable cartridges.
Result
Handover with a one-page spec and a photographed access panel. Demonstration story.
