- Copper + PE-Xc · Full riser replacement
- Completion time
- 11 working days
Scope
Full stack, laterals and two bathrooms on a live supply.
Challenge
Galvanised risers had pinholed on the second floor. The family stayed in the house. Tile in the main bathroom had to survive.
Solution
Isolated floor by floor. New copper riser in the existing chase, PE-Xc laterals, and a temporary kitchen feed so cooking never stopped. Bathrooms second-fixed after pressure test.
Result
Static pressure restored. No finish replaced except the access panels we designed to be opened again.
